Lengths of Love is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides resources, support, and hope to those facing challenging circumstances. This program aims to reduce the stigma and enhance support for those children that have been exposed to parental addiction. Lengths of Love was founded by Christy Fox in 2016 while working at the Pulaski County detention center. The inmates assisted in naming the program, creating the logo, and contributing ideas. Each year the program grows and envelopes more people that have been impacted by addiction in one capacity or another. Many recovering addicts assist with the program by volunteering their time to run the event and gather donations to make the program possible.
Lengths of Love to Host 8th Annual Christmas Program December 2024

Somerset, KY — Lengths of Love, a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to reducing the stigma and increasing awareness of children affected by parental addiction, is set to spread holiday cheer with its 8th Annual Christmas Program. The event will take place on Thursday, December 19th, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Skater’s Choice in Somerset, KY.
Lengths of Love has been a beacon of hope for children facing the challenges of growing up in households impacted by addiction. The organization provides crucial support, advocacy, and education to ensure that these children are seen, heard, and empowered. The annual Christmas Program is a highlight of their efforts, offering children an evening filled with joy, connection, and holiday spirit.
This year’s event promises an evening of fun and celebration, complete with skating, holiday treats, and a visit from Santa. The program aims to create a memorable experience for children while fostering a sense of community and belonging.
Families who wish to register children for the program are encouraged to visit Lengths of Love’s Facebook page for more information and to complete the registration process. Eligible children will have the opportunity to participate in this special event designed to brighten their holiday season.
